Due to the nature of a handmade business, we cannot accept returns and all sales are final. We recommend that you confirm all sizing for rings or chain lengths as well as any other customized pieces you may order. 

We want you to love your new little treasure! If an item arrives to you defective, do not hesitate to get in contact with us. You may return damaged pieces within the first 7 days of receipt. Mouré will make the necessary repairs and return it to you. You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with the return. It is highly recommended that you insure any shipments for up to the value of the returned item.
